The short version: Your tasks live on your device and in an anonymous cloud backup only you can access. Text, voice and images you submit are processed by AI to build your plan and are not stored by us. We show no ads, and we never sell your data.
When you first open Unstuck, an anonymous account is created automatically — no name, e-mail or phone number is required or collected. Your backup is tied to this anonymous identity and protected by row-level security: only your own session can read or write your data.
We do not use advertising networks and we do not sell or share your data for marketing. All data leaving your device — text, voice recordings, images and backups — is transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Microphone — only while you record a voice note. Photos — only when you pick an image to analyze. Notifications — only for the fixed-task alarm and reminders you set. Each permission is requested when first needed and the app works without them.
Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. To delete your cloud backup, contact us at the address below and we will remove it (an in-app delete option is planned). Voice and image data are not retained after processing.
Unstuck is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Unstuck is a productivity tool designed with ADHD-friendly principles. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, if we add crash reporting or subscriptions); the effective date above will change accordingly.

Unstuck 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir; onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
Unstuck, ADHD dostu ilkelerle tasarlanmış bir üretkenlik aracıdır. Tıbbi bir cihaz değildir; herhangi bir durumu teşhis veya tedavi etmez.
Uygulama geliştikçe (örneğin çökme raporlama ya da abonelik eklenirse) bu politika güncellenebilir; yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi buna göre değişir.
